When a client from Melbourne, Australia, hit us up about starting a birria food truck, we were totally on board. With our love for all things Mex, it was a no-brainer. The brand name, inspired by an Aussie dingo tale, gave us a cool challenge – mix that story with street food vibes. We wanted it to scream 'bold' and 'unforgettable'. And of course, we tapped into our birria-eating history for that extra flavor!
